With a background in music design, Jeena began to look into ambient soundscapes and works by Jon Hopkins, which influenced her upcoming album "Labyrinth." During this phase of her creative odyssey, her interest in holistic techniques grew, and she realized she wanted to utilize her creative skills to benefit others. She came across sound baths and began to delve into the domain of meditation, where she fell in love with sound all over again.
She hosted private sound baths in Montreal after earning her certification in Sound Healing in 2021. She composed an ambient piece called (8) while preparing her upcoming album, which consisted of a cluster of different sound frequencies found in outer space. This gave her the notion to incorporate electro sounds into her conventional sound meditation practice. She began to facilitate traditional sound baths while also integrating analog and modular sounds to sonically transport her audience both traditionally & electronically.
She's also currently working on her own Sound Meditation app Aurras - connecting the sonic and the remedial. You can access the site below
